In Michael’s roles throughout his career, he has acted as a change agent, capable of orchestrating transformative business strategy into actionable requirements for an organization. Michael has diverse experience across IT and business and has led programs in IT Strategy, Risk Management, Sarbanes Oxley Compliance, IT and Financial Auditing, Privacy Compliance, and Cybersecurity.

Michael has worked as an expert in litigation areas, developed cyber and privacy compliance programs and has done this for clients as well as internally at a major professional services firm.

Michael has responded to major breaches and worked with the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) to define the criteria to comply with our countries leading privacy and security regulation over healthcare information, the HIPAA Title II requirements, and constructed the examination protocol published on the OCR website today.
